Viduca and Food Checkpoint join forces in 2014 to facilitate the protection of origin products.

Checkpoint Systems (NYSE: CKP), a provider of solutions for the availability of the goods in the retail sector, and Viduca, manufacturer of plastic containers for the food industry, were together in the 2014 Alimentaria Barcelona (Hall 6, Stand E -140) on March 31, 1, 2 and April 3, 2014, to present their innovations in packaging and labeling services for the food sector.
 
The collaboration between the two companies allows applying anti-theft labels on plastic containers in order to allow the manufacturer to label food products from origin and protected them from reaching supermarkets, increasing prevention against theft and providing free exposure and headdress free products in stores, which results in a better shopping experience for the consumer.
