At Viduca we are specialists in the manufacture of packaging for the food industry. All raw materials we process are recyclable and 100% safe for consumers as they are certified for food contact. Viduca manufactures packaging under food safety standards and all plastics are BPA-free (BISPHENOL A).
Barrier materials
We have multi-layer barrier materials that incorporate the EVOH component. These materials provide impermeability to light, oxygen and moisture, extending the life of food. Available in both PET and PP material. Mainly used in thermoformed containers requiring modified atmosphere packaging processes, requiring high protection of gases and suitable for thermal pasteurization or sterilization processes.
Barquettes, trays or jars made of these materials are efficient and sustainable packaging that bring great advantages to food and are suitable for all processes in the industry.
Recycled materials
We incorporate food packaging with certified materials of up to 80% recycled rPET material. The rPET and PET material is characterized by its high strength and transparency. We try to develop our processes and packaging focused on the sustainable improvement of our industry without leaving behind our highest priority which is quality and food safety.
